Katestone had very specific requirements about the office fitout. The brief specifically required Witbrook to utilise natural resources where possible and use environmentally friendly products and services due to the company’s history with clean energy. This meant the following requirements in the large staff lunchroom:
Glass featured heavily in the fitout to keep the office well lit by natural light and provide ventilation.
The client approached Witbrook to determine what we were able to offer based on design, services and turn-key solution. As part of the office fitout, budget estimates were to be submitted prior to work being able to commence. During the initial meetings with Katestone, they expressed interest in what we had been able to do previously by way of design and also the ability to work within their current budget parameters.
