The Brief

The property owner who had previously owned and occupied this building as a real estate agency approached Witbrook Projects to help them with the next chapter for the property. Our client was retiring and had leased this space to a workers advocacy business and required a turnkey design and construction service to provide a new office fit-out specifically tailored to their needs. We were able to work closely with the new tenants to achieve a modern office design that was also within the budget parameters specified by the property owner.

The floor size was 240m2 and the tenancy occupied two thirds of a freestanding building.
