Bahrs Scrub Rd, Bahrs Scrub

The Brief

We had previously worked for this client through their education business with a large roll out of offices that they opened Australia wide. Having successfully completed these projects the CEO approached us firstly to modify an existing part of their home into a separate dwelling with SDA requirements for their adult son who lives with them. Following the successful completion of this project we were then approached to carry out a substantial renovation of their home to open an existing kitchen area with substantial structural and load bearing modifications that required engineering to create a new modern state of the art open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. As an after thought to the initial brief we were also asked to transform an unused part of the large back yard area and build a full size new pickleball court.

Project Highlights

The finished result of this project was transformational for our clients and the property. The home has now become a showpiece for them and provides them with many hours to entertain. Open plan living allows you to see all the way from the front dining area to the rear of the property and outdoors. A modern kitchen and functional casual eating area are now a central showpiece.

The pickleball court has now become a major drawcard and is used weekly by family and friends.
