The Brief

Local Directories came to Witbrook with the need of a bigger office to match their business growth. The new office needed to be modern, stylish, and refreshingly different to complement their business.

Local Directories were referred to Witbrook as they wanted a professional project management firm that could manage all aspects of the fitout from design to handover.

Project Highlights

Witbrook completed the project on time and delivered an office that perfectly fit the design concept and specifications Local Directories had envisioned.

The design called for an office fitout that included a huge array of materials and relied on significant expertise from the various trades. It features very creative use of glass and acrylic feature panels, an array of cabling, as well as furnishing for dozens of staff spread over 1000m2 on 2 levels.
